Tom I have heard of people banding the horns, but I have not tried it. Our goats all still have their horns. There are several web sites that give you step by steps on how to do this, I do know that probably now would be a good time to do it since the fly season has passed. Goat Mom is right, Gary and a few others should be able to send you to those web sites.
