Another new baby!Another Problem too!!

We went out to do chores tonight and found a doe with another new baby. This makes 6 this week. Twins, Triplets and a Single. Well the one with the single was still straining lightly and the baby was already dry. Had not cleaned either and kinda smelled bad. I did my motherly vet duty and reached in a little ways and pulled something terrible out. But couldn't go very far. Would the uterus have shut up already so I couldn't get but a couple inches past the hip bones or is there something else wrong. We have an antibiotic under the skin and then seen what Gary wrote here about Tylan 200 under the skin. Will that help. What should I do if she keeps straining?
