I think the major problem facing corn is the possibility of ingesting a piece of cob that is too big and choking, and the other possiblity of accidental poisoning if you don't know the history of pestiscides use on corn husks if you feed from a neighbor, store, nearby field, ect. I know that in theory, you shouldnt have any residue from store purchased goods, but I always wonder... Also, is there a threat of Listeria or other problems if the corn grew a bit moldy, ect?
