First a few questions so myself and others can know more about the situation to better help you figure out whats wrong.

How old are the animals?

What does their feed consist of - ie what kind of grain, quantity, are they on pasture?

What has been the temperature of the sick animals? Have they been off feed, or been bloated?

What color are the scours? Is there any blood?

Also, have you vaccinated them against CD&T ? or anything else reciently?

Once an animal is scouring bad, it is critical to keep them well hydrated with electrolytes and watch for fevers. From the sounds of things, I'd get ahold of a veternarian immediately to try to get ahold of the situation before it finished off the herd. Also, are there any experienced goat keepers in the area? One last thing - if you can afford to, bring in an animal to the vet, or state vet for posting. At least then you can know what went wrong and prevent it in the future.
