If it's been six weeks since you wormed her and she was in pretty rough shape then, I'd worm her again just to be sure you get all the little buggers. Ivomec works well for me. Be sure you give it at 2cc per 100 lbs orally. Ivomec needs to be given orally for it to work on goats.
Also, check your hay. Our lack of rain in this area has produced some pretty dusty hay. Sometimes when I shake the bales out I hold my breath!! This has caused some of my girls to cough and some of them to have runny eyes shortly after feeding time. I hate to give it to them but if it's all there is...
