Thanks for all your help. I'm not giving the injections in the muscle. I'm making a triangle tent out of loose skin above the shoulder blades and injecting in there. I think maybe its because the needle is so darn big. I did better today. No bleeding. Still seems like it stings alot. The fevers are down a bit also. 104 today. You all have been very reassuring. Lori
