I am new to the goat world. I have had a goat for 2 years but we just treated him like a family member. Fortunately for us he has never been sick and I have taken him to the vet for check ups just like the dogs. But now I am seriously getting into the goat world been given 2 kid does recently and took them to the vet also. I can see that I can not justify taking each new goat to the vet. Tomorrow I am getting the first "purchased" kid. I would like to know where to look for some type of health check list for bringing home a new kid. Thanks very much. I am amazed at the wealth of info on this site. Thanks to all who spend time helping us new goat lovers.
