Ivermectin orally 2cc per 100 pounds, but honestly with worms this badly you may want to use it a little heavier. Especially if you have used it only injected for awhile. I would also look very carefully at the other does in this does area. This kind of worm burden is usually shared by many goats. A fecal would not show this type of worm, but if they havn't encysted/arrested than they would show up on fecal in the other goats. Vicki
