Cydectin, Ivermectin and Dogs

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever heard of using Cydectin on dogs? I am trying to help a friend treat a Toy Poodle they found for what appears to be Sarcoptic Mange. I have read on a number of pet sites that Ivermectin can be given orally to dogs (though not indicated on the label) to control this type of mange. It would seem to me that Cydectin would also have similar results. Anyone ever tried Cydectin on their dog(s) before?

Best regards,
