I am so sorry you lost your little goat. When you do get another one, you will have so much more and better information to start with. If everyone reading this board would tell everyone that they knew that has goats, to use prevention. Prevention with vaccinations for CD&T, prevention with routine worming (if you aren't going to have fecals ran), prevention for cocci, with the use of a sulfa when all your babies are 3, 6, 9 and 12 weeks old. Prevention in the form of every buckling, even if you are going to wether and eat him, goes on 1 teaspoon per head per day of ammonium chloride for Urinary Calculi. Then graining, haying, watering, loving, and trimming feet are all thats left. Healthy goats... Vicki
