Hello everyone,
It's been a busy night so please excuse any errors I may make. I've just added two new articles to the GoatWorld Articles section
(http://www.goatworld.com/articles)
1) Diagnosing and Treating Bee and Wasp Stings
2) Diagnosing and Treating Banding Infections
These two articles are part of my new archiving format that include bits and pieces of information from previous posts. For the most part the format presented is in a "real life" scenario so that those new to raising goats can see the approach from a laymans point of view.
I've also added the ability to rate each article (5 being extremely useful to 1 not being much use at all) so I can gather up the important data on what's hot and what's not.
As more posts come in on certain topics, I will continue to add that information as I update the Message Forum. And as I continue to update, you'll notice that many of the posts at the bottom of the Message Forum disappear - but you'll know where they are headed and can be found eventually.
So as this all continues, please let me know how well it works out for you as the reader. Please don't be afraid to rate the articles as you see fit but please use the honor system and only rate each article one time only. Eventually every article will have the "rating option" plus two other features that include a "recommend this article to a friend" and a "report a broken link" option. Hopefully these will be useful as well.
And one small favor to all of you excellent spellers and grammaticians out there - if you see something mis-spelled or gramatically incorrect, please let me know. I'm a fairly good speller but do flub from time to time. This is very important since a person looking for information on a search engine might not be led to a page just because a word is spelled incorrectly.
