Hello everyone,
I know quite a few of you having been waiting quite awhile for me to update the GoatWorld Spotlight - well I've finally done it! This time around is Bernice Raymond and her Gemini Goats and Organics. I still need to add pictures to the page but the text is intact. Please be sure to visit the page at your convenience. (I should have your pictures up a little later tonight Bernice).
And in the latest round of updates, I have come up with a partial solution for the archives based upon input from many of you. The format I will be transforming this mass of messages into is already up and running in the GoatWorld Articles section. This method of my madness will allow me to edit those posts which contain significant and pertinent information relative to any given topic. For example: Listeriosis. You'll need to go to the Articles section and pull up the article on Listeriosis to get an idea of what I mean.
There are also a few other articles that I have already accummulated enough information for to make this work. Plus, it includes a "rating" system where readers can rate the worth of the information in an article - that will give me a better idea of how to shape the gestalt of this project. Overall it will reduce the massive archives but I still intend to save nearly every post ever made and oneday make them available via a .zip file download for future use.
So, things will be changing gradually here in the Message Forum and the entire GoatWorld site in general (I think I've said that many times before). I will pretty much base changes upon visitor input and the ease of use for any given feature.
Before I close this post I must discuss some recent posts by a person who calls themselves "none". You know, with a name like Pfalzbot I've been called alot worse things than anyone can imagine. That does not bother me at all. But you obviously have some beef with me for reasons I'm not sure. Instead of trying to attack me on this Message Forum, why don't you just write to me privately, call me, or come over for a visit. If we can work out our differences, great. If not, then so be it. But do know this - your Internet Service Provider has been notified of your malicious behavior.
