mother of my 4 week old kid will not let her nurse anymore

I have a goat who had twins about 4 to 4-1/2 weeks ago. I have been noticing for the past few days that the mother is not allowing them to nurse so much anymore. One of the twins are smaller than the other, and noticed this morning that she kept pushing her away, as the other new mother I have does. It seems the baby is loosing a little weight, so I took her this morning and tried to feed her a bottle, and she would not take it. I held that nipple in her mouth and squeezed the bottle so some would go down her throat and she would swallow it, but would not suck on the nipple at all. she just lay there limp in my arms and let me keep this nipple in her mouth.

She seems fine in every other way, runs and plays with her sister and the other kid. She has been wormed and had her Cocci treatments. Her sister will nibble on some grain but she will not eat any feed.

How old are they when they usually ween from their mothers? Should I just keep trying with the bottle? The mothers bag also seems as though it is not as full as the other mothers bag, so maybe is that it..she is running out of milk? when does this happen?

I am sorry, I am new to goats, and especially new mothers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
