I know what your saying Sid, I'm from Minnesota and I get the same look when I talk about my goats or mention goats. We do have great vets in the area though but the vet techs still want to treat goats as sheep and of course when you correct them on something such as goats needing copper they tell me I read to much and that I should stay off the internet. (Gonna have to talk to somebody about that). Feed here too is hard to come by or nobody knows about what to feed them. Its been really interesting along the way, your right they don't know what they're missing!
