Hi every one! I bought an old pig farm.lots of pig slop when it rains.Thank GOD it doesnt rain much. Gary is right , the back feet are the worst. I had a lot of gravel brought in for the drive way.I herd the goats with the truck ,when they get to close to the main dirt road .I cant run that fast any more, thier front feet are doing much better. the back ones are going to get trimed by the vet. The ones i've had done so far are maintaining thier shape. The cement slabs sound great for winter snow[no gravel to run on]snow wiil also melt faster on the cement.And give them warm places to sun themselves.Great idea Wendy H.The only other solutions I can think of is: Buy a full grown goat friendly gorilla to hold and strok, while you trim . goat mom
