Coccidia of goats are microscopic protozoa and are host specific, meaning chickens, cattle, dogs or cats are not infective for goats but do share 3 species of coccidia with sheep. Most often symptoms are diarrhea, sometimes there is no diarrhea but unthriftyness, they may eat but don't put on any weight and lose what weight they have. It usually hits kids 4 months and younger but can be in older animals. You need to give a five day oral Albon treatment, giving a double dose the first day. I would try this treatment and see if it cures the problem. If you could take a fecal sample to your vet you would know for sure whatyou are dealing with. Good luck.
