I have a goat that prefers dog feed over goat feed. Too much dog feed isn't good for a goat. I would guess that it is too much dog feed or having access to all the browse he wants. I would give him some pepto bismal or slippery elm and feed the dog somewhere else. Have you done a coccidia treatment recently? You could also give him some probios or fastrack to help the rumen enzymes stay healthy.
