I bought some who were spooked at everything! One has gotten extremly friendly now but , the other is still really nervous.
I had one that was born here & she was the wildest little thing from the day she was born. After weaning her off her mom I started putting her on a leash & making her walk with me. I also would tie her up short & sit & pet her in the driveway. She HATED being on the leash at first then after a few days got calmer.
She's a totally different goat now though. She comes up & stands up on me & everything. She has really got friendly. Maybe you could try using the leash again that's what I always do although they do always throw a major fit when there first put on one. I have a few does though that were 1 year old when I bought them & there still a bit wild. Usually most of them calm down after awhile though.
