No lymph glands for it to be a CL abscess in the teat. Unless it was so large to also be up in the udder. A CL abscess is really pretty hard not to know you have it. They are connected like your elbow is. You can not, until ripe and ready to fall off, get your fingers around it, like cemented into the animal. Insect bites, sterile shot sites, cysts and the like are like marbles under the skin, easily moveable. Vicki
