It certainly on the teat can't be anything to worry about. A bite or...does it move around? It also can be a small calcium deposit. Have had them where they will completely block the flow of milk. Had the vet remove one from a doe who had this. You could move this rock feeling like bb. In Jeffers dairy cattle section they have teat cannulas that are used just for this. We put up a medicated teat cannula after removing this piece to make the orifice and sphynther heal open and not scar tissue over. She never missed a beat. Vicki
