How is your doe today? Really doubt that her signs are from the Iodine. How old is she? Have you actually taken her temp? Could she have gotten hurt when her head was caught in the fence? Has she been vaccinated for tetanus? Has there been any change in feed? Think we need more information and history on her.
If she still isn't drinking you will need to get fluids into her. Would also give her a shot of the Fortified B Complex and a probiotic.
Sorry that no one has answered your call for help, but the signs just aren't at all clear. Can you give us more information?
