I only know how to dry off from not wanting it to happen : ) If you only milk her down partially she will eventually dry off,you can do that 2 times a day or just once,just keep her udder from getting really hot or heavy. If her yealing is a welter or a doe there should be no reason to not to let them be together you still have 45 days at least. My Alpine went unexpectedly early and kidded in the big stall with all the other goats (not how I had planned it) but they were just fine,the other girls didn't give it a second thought.
