drying off

I not sure on how to dry her off. She is 100 days into her pregnancy
and has her one year old in the pen with her. When i milk her i give her estrella pellets and then hey. On a average we are getting 6 gallons of milk a week. Should i cut back on her food, milk once a
day when i tryed to milk once a day in the morning by evening she was huge, also do her and her one year old need to be seperated they get along great and are both very sweet.
