HI... This has been my first complete year with the goats but have raised and owned livestock all my life... I pretty much feed the goats the same way. We don't have access to special goat products and feed her in Montana...
I feed hay all year around although amounts vary. They have some pasture during summer - so hay is cut way back.. I also feed grain - Again the amount of grain changes accordingly... I just weaned babies so moms are getting nothing but a small taste of grain right now.
Other than hay and grain I just make sure to have a good mineral available at all times...
