The more stimulus, the more milk. I had this happen with a pygmy doe a couple of years ago. That poor little thing was so lopsided I thought she'd fall over!! In the morning and using teat tape, I'd tape the teat the kid nursed on all the time forcing her to use the other one if she wanted something to eat! I'd take it off in the evenings so that side wouldn't overfill and be painful. After just a couple of days the kid would nurse both sides like she'd been doing it all along.
