I have a 7 yr old saanen doe that has the same thing only I know she is perfectly healthy. I have just wormed her and she just vitamins and minerals in her feed. But on top of that I know what is causing her hair problem, its the other saanen doe that I have in with her. They pull each others hair when they get into an argument. I really don't worry about it. I clip her for our fair and give her a good bath and she looks pretty good. If she does have dry skin I would try a moisturizing dog shampoo thats what I use on all of mine and then a whitening shampoo on my white ones also. I feed vitamins I get from Caprine Supply they have selenium and other ones in them. If you need any more info feel free to email me
