If she will not leave the place alone, go to Wallmart and buy one of their House Beautiful buckets in the paint section. Take off the bail (handle) and cut out the bottom of the bucket, slide this over her head, small side towards her body, she will not be able to turn her head, though she can eat, drink etc. The buckets at wallmart are just the right size for adults, you will have to figure out something else, perhaps a dogs Elizabethian collar from the vet if she is young.
