HOW do you get your cheese to come out creamy like the store???? I've tryed a number of batches and it always comes out like feta cheese. I use the recipes from "Goats produce too" It uses milk, buttermilk,and rennet. After I mix it up wait 8-12 hrs, I hang it to drain.Feta cheese again! Salad anyone? HELP!!!
