Might try to bounce the doe, to see if there you can feel any kids. Method isn't 100%. Many of my does still look preg after they have kidded, and they are very good at hiding their kids. If she isn't doing anything I would try to put her back out in the field. This year I let a doe out, thinking she was in early labor (she came to the gate and wanted out), 34 hours later I saw a kid out in the field alone, went to go and get it and she followed me thru the gate. It was her kid, and there was another one too. Both of the kids were in good shape, but very hungry. The mother had no sign of having kidded, only thing I noticed was that she would go up to the other kids and smell them then walk away. The kids had nursed before I let her out, their poop was yellow. I was lucky!!!! And I won't make that mistake again.
