Thanks for responding,goat mom. Yes, I am milking her 2 x day, have been massaging the small side with udder ointment, it's not hard ( it just keeps getting smaller)She freshened about 8 weeks ago and we've had this problem since day one. Also, I probally should have mentioned that she has a soft lump in the larger side of her udder, right over where your thumb would be when you're milking.
