Dairy Goat Question
This one is for you dairy goat people who might have an answer - I've got a large Nubian doe that kidded twins about 4 months ago. I've been milking her out daily now for the last week - morning and night as we recently weaned the kids. One of her teats has some kind of lump inside it - not on the teat. It is near the orifice and perhaps about the size of a pea. Her milk appears fine from that teat and comes out okay. I'm hoping that maybe she just got stung or something but I really wonder what it might be and how I would go about finding out what it is.
Best regards,
