Well now that also sounds like it may be in her hips. Have you felt around in the hips to see if maybe they are dislocated? Perhaps she was pulled out by the rear legs when born? With the right hands feeling of her, perhaps a vet who does horse chiropractic, they could feel something. I know at a show I was at a judge pressed on the spine at the tail base, setting a does bones back in place after a difficult kidding. It immediatly lowered her rump into a much nicer smooth plane, where before it was roached up. Vicki
