As long as there is no heat in it and she is not tender with it and of course no bleeding, then it can probably wait. The vertical cracks are no big deal as they usually heal from the inside out, but the horizontal cracks, if the horn is loose, usually need to be removed. I use bloodstop on a broken horn if it is bleeding, but my vet also told me that flour works well too. Keeping her away from fighting is a good idea. I remember the first time I had a doe break about 1/3 of the top of her horn and it was pretty much hanging off with a lot of blood. I used the bloodstop and then sealed it with coppertox until the vet could come and remove it for me. I was a bit weiry about using the CT on it, but he said that was fine.
Just some thoughts.
