Flo,I will try to answer your questions but I am by no means an expert. I had a Nubian bottle baby who had the same kind of diarrhea (sp) I was giving her 20 oz 2x day and free choice grain and hay and yes she complained (still does and now she is totally off the bottle)The more solid food she got the more normal her poop got. You can also feed her milk from another doe, which seems to be less hard on the system.

All those nice milkers and you're not going to milk!? Not even one? I am having a great time learning to make cheese etc....Anyway, the babies should still be on their Mom's. I would let nature take it's course. My little ones are starting to graze and are only eating at night (my youngest is March 24). Check the girls to see if any have hard hot udders at least once a day. If you find any milk them down just until they are soft. If you milk them dry their bodies will come back and produce more milk,if you leave a little in the udder the body re absorbs it and sends a signal to produce less. They should dry up easily as the kids are weaned.
