Thank you dear one for asking that question. I was really feeling stupid. I sure wasnt going to ask. Im 67 , just got into goats four yrs. ago.My hands to were going .Ihave been doing a lot of raw honey ,not filtered ,or heated.My hands are so much better. Dont know if its the honey or not but Im not going to quit taking it.I put it in coffee,tea etc.Im thinking all natual for me and my goats.goat mom
