We have had lots of does kid, even big 225 pound does with quads and we have never had a doe go down like this. I would not suspect that it was from pressing on the spinal cord. I would suspect something nutritional like selenium or copper, or founder. Have you trimmed her front feet really close to make sure the pain isn't coming from their. Does of mine who have hurt a hoof, will get around fine on 3 feet, gimping on the other one. Does who kness walk usually do so from founder. You will have to use another product soon, as bute and banamine will eventually cause stomach upset, please use some sort of rumen buffer like Probios, also keeping baking soda out for her. An experienced goat keeper could look at the does feet and tell you what you are dealing with. If it truly is just a front pastern strain, than wrapping it will get her up immediatly.
