Because of the c-section her lochia (discharge) will be very different from a normal delivered does. You should just simply take her temperature every day for at least the first week, and then just take it periodically from their on. If you were in the hospital recouping from a c-section they would be taking your temperature every several hours, until after your discharge. Vicki
