The mastitis case we had, I believe, is going to turn into an abscess up in the bag. Appointment with vet on Saturday. The other teat did respond to the regular treatment and the milk now is just as it should be. The doe appears to be fine except for the hard knot in the other teat up in the bag. She never appeared to feel sick and the bag was never hot to the touch. It just didn't look right for a doe who hadn't delivered yet. Good luck.
