Doe with swollen teat

Hi, my doe had a male kid two days ago, her first. Her udder seems swollen and one teat especially and nothing comes out of it. It is pink and hot. The other teat seems to be all right but the little kid seems to be having trouble getting milk out of it. What do ye;all think is the problem and should I be trying to feed him from some other source?
