Is he passing feces? Are they yellow or black? If they are balck or if he hasn't passed any feces he may be constipated. Give him an enema of warm water and alittle soap (dish soap is okay) I give about 2-3 cc to my pygmies, a boer kid probably could go with 5 to 7 cc. massage his belly abit and tickle the anus. See if he passes black feces. If he does he should begin to feel better soon. Being constipated seems to cause my kids to want to sleep all the time and they get weaker and die. Floppy kid syndrome usually doesn't occur until the kid is over a week old, I think.
