I have been reading till my brain can't hold anymore information on kidding.
My first question is: Do the babies get very active or do they get quiet just before they are born? Poor Gabby was getting beat up pretty good tonight when I was out in the barn sitting with her.It looked like a cat trying to get out of a paper sack!
Second question is: Gabby's tummy is very large.. can you tell if they are having single or multiple babies.. If it is single where does the baby usually lay in her tummy. All the activity seems to be very high up on her right side.. when I put my hand under her tummy I can feel lots of movement there too! She will straddle my legs when I sit on the floor of the barn, tummy resting on my legs (cause she's so short and fat!)tee hee!.. It feels really strange all that activity running across your legs! Almost tickles!
I can't seem to find any diagrams of pregnant pygmys to see where multiple babies lay in the tummy. Or any pics of pregnant pygmys with single and multiple babies..
Anybody know of some good sites to look at?
