Little red dots in the milk is not unusual in a doe that has recently freshened. I see it usually in the heaviest milkers, over a gallon a day. It is usually from capillaries breaking from the pressure of the milk in the udder or maybe being a little rough in your milking. Mastitis milk will usually be stringy and have an off odor and as it progresses the milk will look dirty. Sometimes the red dots will last for a month, I guess until the udder gets strong again with the weight of milk in it.
