If the milk only shows a few spots of blood on the filter, it's probably from just freshening and filling up too fast. I have a doe that does this every year. Check with a CMT to be sure! If there are long stringy pieces of blood, the milk is pink or if there is blood settling to the bottom of the container, contact your vet immediately. If you're really worried about it, talk to your vet. When it comes to the udder, it's better to be safe than sorry! Hope this helps! Happy kidding!
