I would recommend taking a sample of the milk and either using a CMT(California Mastitis Test) or sending it to you local vet to be cultured for mastitis. However from my experience bloody milk without other symptoms is usually caused by injury or by the milk flow coming into the udder too fast. Often right after freshening the milk comes into the udder very quickly. The damage to the capillaries repairs itself after a certain amount of time.
Another thing is if she is feeding her babies she could be being thumped by the nursing kids. But at only 6days the babies would not be hurting her yet.
Keep us updated.
