Bloody milk

Hi,I have a doe who freshened 6 days ago, for the last two days now ,she's giving bloody milk on one side of her udder, she has no fever, no hard udders, udders not hot, no signs of anything wrong but the blood, but she did have a hard time giving birth this time, does any one have any idea whats going on here? thank you Marilyn
