I think the drugs of choice now for pneumonia are Excel and Nuflor or penicillin should work. You might want to also give something to boost the system like ID or Nutridrench. If you catch it early you should see dramatic results in 2-3 hrs. Keep check on the temperature and liquid intake. I have never had pneumonia pass from one goat to another.
