Doe with cramps

Hello from Holden Missouri. I have a novice question. My doe is 8 months old and every month when she goes in heat she cries for 4 days. I feel so bad for her, this may sound silly but is their anything I can give her for the cramps, I guess that why she cries.
Any input would be appreciated.
