ER Help needed

Anybody know the proper dosage for Penn G when given to a 50# Coonhound?????? Help would be great on this. Our vet is no longer into dispensing help over the phone something about liablity I think. Thanks in advance on this one seems I can't ever remeber the drug dosages.....
