Symposium set Dec. 6-7
KIRKSVILLE, Mo. -- The Missouri Livestock Symposium will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, and continues at 8 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at the Kirksville Junior High School, 1515 S. Cottage Grove, Kirksville, Mo.
Program topics will be of interest to producers of beef cattle, horses, sheep and goats. Presentations by nationally known speakers from 13 states will cover such broad interest topics as forages, wind farming, cost-share programs available to livestock producers, DNA technology, value-added agriculture and much more.
Added attractions are a free Certified Angus Beef meal on Friday and the Mike Snider Show for $10.
