Hi
From the sounds of it, you had an infection. Without doing blood work, it's hard to tell if it was viral or bacterial. They can actually tell if it's viral with blood work. Viral menengitis usually resolves on it's own...and the symptoms that you describe sounds like that what it could have been. I've seen several cases, and the person usually feels like they were never sick, after 3-4 days. Being that your temp. was elevated...I wouldn't think that it would be a migraine. If it was a migraine, you will know it, as they usually return eventually.;( If it ever happens again, you might want to ask your Dr. to give you a prescription for a nasal spray called Imatrex. I've heard of people having very good results with it in treating migraines. Anyway....I'm so happy that you are feeling better.
